As was mentioned last week, SSC has continued to monitor COVID-19 locally and in the State. SSC has experienced additional individuals needing to be quarantined due to being close contacts through the contact tracing protocol.
We have consulted with the officials at the HCHD and have determined it is in the best interest of everyone's safety here at school to conduct one (1) more week of eLearning. This will allow for a full 14 days of quarantine for all who are positive and who have been deemed close contacts.
At this time, everyone will return to school at the regular time on Monday, November 16, 2020.
Please follow all COVID-19 Safety Protocols:
- Wash your hands
- Distance from others
- Stay away from people who are ill
- If you are ill or if any member of your family is ill - stay home
- Wear your mask
