Parents of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 8th Grade Students:
The Middletown Lions Club will be conducting vision screens on the following dates:
- September 13th: 8th Grade
- September 14th: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Grade
Please ensure that your student is well rested and wears his/her glasses that day, if prescribed. If your child does well on their vision test, you will not receive any follow up paperwork. If your child requires further assessment by an eye doctor, you will receive a letter in the mail with pertinent information.
